"He who faces the light and stands within its radiance is blinded to the issues of the world of men; he passes on the Lighted Way to the great Centre of Absorption. But he who feels the urge to pass that way, yet loves his brother on the darkened path, revolves upon the pedestal of light and turns the other way.
He faces towards the dark, and then the seven points of light within himself transmit the outward streaming light, and lo! the face of those upon the darkened way receives that light. For them the way is not so dark. Behind the warriors twixt the light and dark blazes the light of Hierarchy."
The time of the full moon is a period when spiritual energies are uniquely available and facilitate a closer rapport between humanity and the Hierarchy. Each month, energy qualified by the constellation influencing the period flows into the range of human awareness, establishing the divine attributes in the consciousness of humanity. This spiritual inflow can be channelled in meditation into the minds and hearts of all people.
The technique of meditation governs all expansions of consciousness, all registration of Plan and Purpose and the entire process of evolutionary unfoldment. The purpose of the meditation is to cooperate with hierarchical intent in the service of humanity and the planet as a whole through the contacting, holding and distribution of spiritual energy. The full moon cycle is a five day approach consisting of two days of preparation; the day of the full moon itself, known as the day of safe-guarding; followed by the two days of distribution when the contacted energies are released into human consciousness.
The monthly full moon work is providing the seed of the coming new world religion. In the future all people of spiritual inclination and intention everywhere will keep the same holy days. This unanimity of effort will bring about a pooling of spiritual resources and a united spiritual effort. Individuals involved in this invocative work will increasingly be able to act as mediating points, bringing in great spiritual energies and stepping them down for the benefitting and stimulation of the masses and the three lower kingdoms.
